All personal training starts with a full assessment with each client to determine your goals and discuss your fitness levels so that you can achieve the maximum from your efforts.

Training is always done at your speed but as your committed trainer I will always make sure you are working to your top ability to gain the most from your sessions.

Each client will be given a made to measure programme to make sure you are getting from it what you want and there is no set formula. Our team can train at your home, in the gym or even abroad.

In essence, we will fit around your needs and more than anything try to make it as enjoyable and productive as possible.

And you don’t need to be an athlete to take part.
